We would like to remind everyone that the Essa Agriplex is a non-profit organization and our prices run on a membership-based structure. New rules have been implemented to avoid difficulties or discrepancies in your bookings.

 

• THE BOOKING FORM BELOW IS A REQUEST UNTIL FEES ARE PAID

• GROUP BOOKINGS MUST PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF RIDERS AND NAMES

• GROUP BOOKINGS THAT ARE 6 OR MORE RIDERS MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE DIRECTLY AT [email protected]

• MEMBERSHIP PRICES WILL NOT BE HONOURED TO RIDERS THAT DO NOT HAVE MEMBERSHIP FORMS SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE IN A TIMELY MANNER, NO EXCEPTIONS

• ARRIVE TO YOUR BOOKED TIME SLOT ACCORDINGLY

• WHEN YOUR TIME SLOT IS OVER, LEAVE THE RINGS TO ALLOW FOR ANY MAINTENANCE REQUIRED AND FOR AMPLE TIME TO ALLOW THE NEXT CLIENT IN

• UNDER UNFORESEEN WEATHER CONDITIONS OR OTHER MATTERS, A NEW DATE FOR RESCHEDULING WILL BE HONOURED

• NO REFUNDS

• ANY BOOKINGS THAT TAKE PLACE BETWEEN SATURDAY AND MONDAY MUST HAVE APPLICABLE FORMS AND FEES SENT BY FRIDAY 10:00AM THE LATEST.  FAILURE TO MEET THIS RULE MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR REQUESTED TIME TO ANOTHER REQUEST THAT HAS PAYMENT UPFRONT

 

All schoolers are required to sign the EDAS Schooling Waiver.
