The Barrie Fair has been averaging a turnout of around 25,000 patrons annually and offers businesses of all sizes to showcase and sell products, services and provide live demonstrations. Our vendor booths include 2 sheltered barns (Barn 1 and Barn 2), as well as a large outdoor vendor area. (Scroll to view the maps)

Indoor Lots
- All lots are 10ft. x 10ft. each. To acquire more space, purchasing extra lots are required. Please note that there are no gaps in between vendor lots unless you are at the ends of the rows. Taking up space in another vendor’s lot or space outside of your purchased lots are not permitted. No exceptions.
- Indoor booths have 15-amp services available. Vendors are required to include their request for a drop-down outlet if it is needed. Attempting to operate equipment above the standard 15-amp restriction will result in power loss to the entire vendor area.
- Vendors within the indoor booth lots may only sell premade/prepackaged goods. If you are providing beverages, you must be cleared by the EDAS office staff and will be under reviewal for exemption on a case-by-case basis.
- All vendors are provided up to four (4) vendor passes for staff only. You must request your number of passes to staff on your application. Additional passes may be purchased at $20.00 +HST.

Outdoor Lots & Artisan Village
- All lots are 10ft. x 10ft. each. To acquire more space, purchasing extra lots are required. Please note that there are no gaps in between vendor lots unless you are at the ends of the rows. Taking up space in another vendor’s lot or space outside of your purchased lots are not permitted. No exceptions.
- There will be no electricity or water provided for outdoor lots. Generators are permitted; using a generator greater than 13,000 watts requires an Electrical Safety Authority permit at https://esasafe.com. No exceptions.
